I tried my darndest to follow the directions for making this into an Outlook Express stationery (even though I usually use Outlook), but I couldn't get it to work where I could add text. I could get the background to show, even to scroll, but I couldn't write anything on it :) Instead, I thought I'd show you what it would look like as a bordered background. I didn't have time to put anything on it, so it's just a plain background. You can see it by clicking on the image below.
