Nana's Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 pkg macaroni (approx 2 cups uncooked)
1 small can peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 soup can milk
Cook macaroni as directed on package. while draining, combine peas, mushroom soup, tuna and milk. Heat. Add macaroni and mix well. Pour into ungreased casserole and bake 15-20 minutes.
If crunchy top is desired, before baking, top mixture with crushed saltine crackers or potato chips and dot with butter. Bake 30-35 minutes. OR Cracker crumbs may be combined with the butter in a frying pan, then put on casserole and baked 30-35 minutes.

Venetian Casserole
1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg dry spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz (4 cups) noodles, cooked
1-1/2 cups water
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, crumbled
1 - 3 oz can mushrooms, drained
6 oz can tomato paste
butter or margarine
Brown meat in butter or margarine. Blend in sauce mix, tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie
1 lb ground beef
1-1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar or processed American cheese
Grease pie plate, 10 x 1-1/2 inches. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until the beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth, 15 second in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
